Ingredients: Chicken meat, sesame oil, chicken stock 1 piece, fried garlic, ginger, pepper
1. Slice ginger in matchsticks, chicken should be boneless
2. Add sesame oil to pan, add ginger, fry ginger till brownish
3. Add chicken meat and cook for 20 mins
4. Finally, add fried garlic (a bit), pepper (a bit) and chicken stock.
